We are a small group of practitioners working from holistic, relational and nervous-system-informed perspectives and approaches that aim to make sense of who you are, not what is wrong with you.

OUR VALUES

Clarity

We believe in transparency, clear communication, and explicit consent so that clients are always aware and in control of the work that we practice together.

Respect

We care for and respect the organization, its capacity (time, energy, resources), the facility (physical space), and the community (people who are participating), and expect the same care and respect in return.

Accountability

We trust in one another and use ongoing consultation as a means of maintaining viability. This means accountability for ourselves, clients & community.

Accessibility

We believe that everyone should have access to quality services and strive to provide an accessible environment for all of our clients.

If you are seeking treatment and need accessibility considerations please contact us.

Trust

We believe in creating a safe community and environment to host trusting relationships and meaningful activity: both as practitioners and clients.

Safety

We maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards in all of our practices to ensure privacy, confidentiality, security and safety. Additionally, we have implemented measures to ensure a safe and secure environment for all.

Our Approach

At the heart of our work is the understanding that the nervous system connects mind and body.Stress, trauma, pain, and emotional overwhelm are not experienced only as thoughts or symptoms—they are held in patterns of sensation, movement, and regulation within the nervous system. Our practitioners work across disciplines to support the body’s natural capacity to restore balance, safety, and connection.By integrating massage therapy, psychotherapy, and other mind–body practices, we offer care that honours the whole person—not just isolated symptoms.

A Nervous-System-Informed Practice

The nervous system shapes how we experience ourselves, others, and the world. When it is overwhelmed or stuck in patterns of protection, we may notice:

Chronic tension or pain

Anxiety, low mood, or emotional reactivityFatigue, shutdown, or disconnection

Difficulty resting, focusing, or feeling safe in the body

Our work supports nervous system regulation through both top-down approaches (such as psychotherapy, reflection, and meaning-making) and bottom-up approaches (such as touch, movement, breath, and sensory awareness).Together, these modalities create conditions for deeper and more sustainable change. Why Integrative Care MattersMassage therapy and psychotherapy often address different entry points into the same system.Psychotherapy supports insight, emotional processing, attachment repair, and cognitive integration.Massage therapy and somatic practices work directly with the body’s physiology—supporting relaxation, circulation, interoception, and felt safety. When these approaches are offered within a shared nervous-system framework, clients often experience:Increased capacity for stress and emotional regulationReduced physical tension and painGreater embodiment and self-awarenessA deeper sense of connection to self and othersTrauma-Informed and Body-AwareAll of our services are grounded in trauma-informed, consent-based, and client-centred care. We recognize that each nervous system is shaped by lived experience, culture, and context. Our practitioners collaborate across disciplines while respecting professional boundaries, offering care that is attuned, ethical, and responsive to individual needs. Our PhilosophyWe believe healing is not about “fixing” the body or mind, but about supporting the conditions in which regulation, resilience, and choice can emerge.By working with the nervous system—rather than against it—we help clients reconnect with their capacity for ease, presence, and agency.
