Hi, I am Tracy.
I am a psychotherapist, artist and art instructor.
I work from the firmly rooted belief that all people make sense, that all of our patterns have a purpose, and that, more often than not, that purpose is to protect ourselves. But why do these strategies sometimes feel like they are getting in the way of what we want or need? Together, we will bring curiosity and compassion to this question while adapting new strategies as we reorganize ourselves and our relationships.
My work is grounded in recent neuroscience, which understands the body, brain, and nervous system’s capacity to change over time and at any time in the lifespan. I work from neuro-affirming and trauma-informed approaches that are relational, embodied, and creative. All while making sense of you, not what is wrong with you.
I work with both individuals and couples, in person and virtually.
I can support you with:
-
neurodivergence (individuals and couples)
-
sensory profile mapping
-
early attachment wounding
-
identity and self-connection
-
relationship dynamics (individuals and couples)
-
sexuality
-
perinatal support
-
parenting and co-parenting
-
grief and loss

INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS (IFS)
A systems thinking approach to therapy with the view that the mind is made up of relatively discrete parts, each with its own unique protective purpose and qualities.
EYE MOVEMENT DESENSITIZATION REPROCESSING (EMDR)
A structured therapy that encourages the patient to target significant memories while simultaneously experiencing bilateral stimulation, which reduces in the vividness and emotion associated with the memories.
DEEP BRAIN REORIENTING (DBR)
A cutting-edge neuroscience-based therapy that targets the brain’s instinctive responses to trauma by working directly with the brain’s natural orienting and attachment systems.
INTIMACY
FROM THE INSIDE OUT (IFIO)
An IFS model of couples therapy that focuses on both the individual's internal system and the dyadic system, combining somatic practices, cohesion theory and memory reconsolidation.
NEUROAFFECTIVE
RELATIONAL MODEL (NARM)
