Hi there, I'm Sanja.
I’m a psychotherapist, philosophy educator, and writer offering virtual therapy for individuals and couples.
You may be coming to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted by patterns that seem difficult to change. I believe that we are deeply relational beings, shaped by our experiences with others and the environments around us. Throughout our lives, we develop ways of coping that make sense within the circumstances in which they developed. While these responses may once have helped us navigate something difficult, they can sometimes leave us feeling constrained by old patterns long after the circumstances have changed.
Therapy can offer a space to become curious about these patterns rather than simply trying to get rid of them. Together, we can slow things down, make sense of what is happening beneath the surface, and create greater capacity to respond to your life from the present—with more awareness, choice, and connection to yourself.
My approach is integrative and grounded in the relationship between mind and body. Drawing from somatic therapy, neuroscience, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, I tailor our work to you rather than expecting you to fit within a single therapeutic model. My style is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and exploratory, and I believe the therapeutic relationship itself can offer an important reparative experience.
