Hi there, I'm Sanja.

I am a psychotherapist, a philosophy educator and a writer.

I believe that we are relational beings that cultivate personality traits or characteristics, adaptive responses and strategies through interactions with others and surroundings. Though we have the capacity to live in and embody the present, often, past experiences and patterns can keep parts of us stuck in our past, weighing on and shaping our emotions, thoughts and responses. I view the therapeutic process as a way of opening up the space for reviving your self energy and choice in the present.

I am an integrative therapist, combining body, mind, and spiritual care into sessions. Trained in somatic therapy, neuroscience, mindfulness, IFS, brainspotting, emotion-focused and dialectical behaviour therapies, I work with you to find creative and individualized responses to difficulties. My therapeutic inquiry is compassionate, nonjudgmental and exploratory, believing that the therapeutic relationship can be reparative.

I work with both individuals and couples virtually.

I can support you with:

  • ANXIETY & DEPRESSION

  • GRIEF & LOSS

  • STRESS & TRAUMA

  • BODY IMAGE ISSUES
