Hi, I’m Melissa,

I support individuals and couples who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward. Whether you are navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, therapy can offer a space to better understand what’s happening beneath the surface and begin making meaningful change.

I work from the belief that our thoughts, emotions, and coping strategies develop for understandable reasons within the context of our lives. At times, the ways we’ve learned to cope may no longer align with the kind of life, relationships, or values we want to move toward. Together, we will explore these patterns with curiosity and honesty, helping you build greater self-awareness while identifying more effective and values-aligned ways of responding to challenges.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to your individual needs. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help clients strengthen emotional insight, develop practical coping tools, improve relationships, and reconnect with what matters most to them. I aim to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can show up authentically, gain clarity, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

I work with individuals and couples, both in person and virtually.
