Hi, I am Melissa,
I support clients who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward, whether they are navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, or relationship challenges.
I work from the belief that your experiences, thoughts, and emotions all make sense within the context of your life. Sometimes, the ways we’ve learned to cope can begin to feel limiting or no longer serve us. Together, we will gently explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, creating space to better understand what’s holding you back while identifying new ways to move forward.
My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to support you in developing insight, strengthening emotional awareness, and building practical coping strategies. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can show up as you are, explore your inner world, and begin to reconnect with what matters most to you.
I work with couples and individuals, in person and virtually.
